Jewelry Care 
All the jewelry on the mhmg website is costume jewelry and made of materials that are less than fine jewelry. The metal pieces are brass and then it is plated unless stated otherwise. The finish on plated jewelry may tarnish or discolor progressively over time from wear and tear. Unfortunately metals other than solid gold will turn!!! You may be able to prevent the jewelry from fading by taking a few precautions in the care of your jewelry. 
  • Avoid the "S": 
    • Never Sleep while wearing your jewelry.
    • Never Shower while wearing your jewelry.
    • Avoid Sprays such as hair spray and perfumes. Also avoid lotions, household cleaners, etc.
    • Avoid Sweat, don't exercise while wearing your jewelry. Your sweat and natural oils will diminish the brilliance. 
    • Never Swim while wearing your jewelry. 
            1. Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off every day. 
            2. Use a soft, clean cloth to wipe your jewelry after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue.  
            3. It is recommended to remove rings before washing your hands.
            4. Keep jewelry out of direct sunlight. 
            5. Plated jewelry will eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. Therefore, store your pieces in a cool, dry place, such as a jewelry box or individual ziplock bags. 
                6. With a little care and common sense, your jewelry will last for years! 
                 

                Shipping Policy

                All shipments are shipped out within 2 to 10 business days. 

                All shipments within the US are $3.95. Free shipping after $100. US Domestic shipments will be via USPS First Class shipping and take approximately 2-6 business days. 

                All International shipments will be sent via USPS First Class International.  Shipping rates start at $8.95. This option at times may not be trackable, and may take up to 1-4 weeks. The post office does not guarantee shipping times. International shipments may require you to pay customs duty on packages. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient. 

                There is no control over the postal system once your package is mailed. musthavemustget don't take any responsibility for stolen, damage, lost, or late delivery.                 Exchanges/Returns Policy

                All items are checked carefully before shipping.

                Exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable. Contact musthavemustget with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so problems can be resolved efficiently. For any items that are returned and/or exchanged, the shipping and handling charges (to & from) are your responsibility.

                All sale items are final sale. 

                There are no refunds for lost or stolen packages. 

                musthavemustget is not responsible for items that are not delivered due to an incorrect address.
