Exchanges/Returns

All items are checked carefully before shipping.

Exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable. Contact musthavemustget with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so problems can be resolved efficiently. For any items that are returned and/or exchanged, the shipping and handling charges (to & from) are your responsibility.

There are no refunds for lost or stolen packages.

musthavemustget is not responsible for items that are not delivered due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Policy

All shipments are shipped out within 1-3 business days, if the items are in stock. If there is something that is out of stock, the order will ship out within 2-3 weeks. We will work to get the order out as soon as possible!
